Hear Ye, Hear Ye
- Shout out to Gail for putting together 2 concerts this week (plus a third one for the MS/HS this week). The kids sounded good and our families had a lot of great comments at the conclusion of the concerts. Nice Job Gail!
- Shout out to our one and only School Nurse! Even if she is attending her own professional development meetings and out of the building, she continues to keep track of doctor orders, student injuries and even takes care of us staff. It's a big job but she always has a smile for our students and staff. Thank you for all you do Leah!
- This week, Teresa has worked hard on making plans for students that are struggling, watching the weather, attending evaluation meetings and even had time to plan for things for the end of the year for our staff and students! Thank you for all of your hard work!
- There are so many comings and goings in the office and I know it is all in good hands with Trisha. Even with a couple of students that are doing their best to drive us crazy, she continues to keep me on track (no tall order) and accomplish the many tasks that keep on coming! Thank you Trisha!

- Elementary Yearbooks
- The yearbooks for elementary have arrived in the building. Mrs. Kohlhoff and her yearbook team will be bringing them to the elementary tomorrow. Trisha will be putting them in mailboxes when she gets them. If there are any extras, she will let you know. Let's hand them. out on Tues, May 14.
- Survey of Teachers from Grace/Lily
- Today 2 Fifth grade students came to ask if on the last day of school, if teachers could dress up as students. I asked them what this would mean, and they weren't quite sure. However, I told them that I would survey teachers to see how they feel about this. I think I just like that they are taking initiative and are acting like Middle School students already! :-). Let me know what you think!
- Supply Lists for 2024-25 School Year
- Please meet as a grade level to talk about the supply lists for families and update the document for Ms. Bentz. Click HERE for her document to revise for your grade. As you are discussing this, please think about what items are used the most and what is rarely used so that the list is as manageable as possible for our families and their finances. Please let me know when your grade has looked at the list and completed the editing process.
- Quizizz - Any Interest?
- I am not sure if anyone has any experience with this tech tool. However, we are looking to see if there is any interest in this tool at the elementary level. It may be something that fits better with 3rd and up perhaps. Click HERE to see some details about it. In addition there is a pdf of specifics HERE as well.

Friday Funny
How many of you have proctored the district assessments in May and you know that the student has been able to do a certain skill or you have spent many hours on instruction in an area, but yet you watch them take the test as if they have never heard these words before. That is what this short video reminds me of!
